Mit ihrem modularen Aufbau und der hohen Präzision eignet sie sich besonders für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen in der Automobilindustrie, Medizintechnik und Elektronikproduktion.

Zuverlässige, prozessstabile Maschinentechnik

Der Allrounder 720 E Golden Electric verfügt über hochwertige Maschinentechnik, um eine prozessstabile und zuverlässige Kunststoffteilefertigung sicherzustellen. Dazu zählen eine Kniehebel-Schließeinheit und Direktantriebe des Tochterunternehmens AMK. Mit einer elektrischen Formhöhenverstellung sind Werkzeugeinbauhöhen von bis zu 800 Millimetern möglich. Die Antriebskomponenten sind auf eine Schließkraft von 2.800 kN optimiert.

Die bewährte hochwertige Arburg-Plastifizierung mit dem „aXw Control ScrewPilot“ sorgt für reproduzierbares Einspritzen und eine hohe Spritzteilqualität. Dazu trägt auch eine optimierte Werkzeug¬entlüftung mit zweistufiger Zuhaltung bei.

Mit einem modernen und qualitativ hochwertigen Maschinenpark aus knapp 30 Spritzgussmaschinen (auf 2.736 m² Produktionsfläche) sowie einem hohen Grad an Automatisierung in den Folgeverfahren garantieren wir unseren Kunden gleichbleibende Qualität und hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit.
